Spytech NetVizor – Network Monitoring and Supervision Solution
If you want things to run smoothly and if you want our business to flourish, you must keep an eye on your employees and make sure that they’re working during office hours, not slacking off and browsing Facebook or some other site. But how do you do that efficiently and covertly? The answer is quite simple: you can turn to software for help. Not just any piece of software, you need to get a properly good network monitoring application – like the Spytech Software-developed NetVizor.
In the spirit of keeping things nice and short, I am going to list the sort of functionality you can expect to get from this application:
- View all the computers on your network, see who is logged in, view what window the user has open.
- With the help of this application you can log all keystrokes, emails sent/received, websites visited, windows viewed, applications ran, internet connections made, passwords entered, chat conversations that were made, and so on. The application can take screenshots at regular intervals of time.
- From a central location you can monitor and control the machines on your network. You can take control of a remote desktop, control the mouse and keyboard, shutdown/restart remote computers, all from a centralized location.
- Control what programs the users cannot run, control what websites they cannot visit, block portable and external drives.
- The application can issue an alert when unwanted application are executed, when chat clients are used, when portable devices are used, when unwanted websites are accessed, and so on.
- Send warnings or messages to the users on the network.
- Can create various reports.
- The application can do it all stealthily; the user doesn’t know he or she is being monitored.
Please note that NetVizor is only free to try; the trial version is limited to 30-minute monitoring sessions (once a session is over, you have to restart it; you can do that as often as you want). Furthermore, the trial version displays a popup notification whenever the software is ran and when the monitoring session ends. Apart from this, the trial version works the same as the paid version; it has the same functions and features.
